CDC Platform Terms of Use
This section applies to users of the CDC Platform, TalentLync Innovations' customized software for child development centers, autism and ABA therapy centers, speech therapy clinics, occupational therapy clinics, and special education centers.
Access to the CDC Platform is provided under a separate written agreement between TalentLync Innovations and the subscribing organization (the center or clinic). That agreement — which may include a proposal, service order, or statement of work — governs permitted use, data ownership, support terms, payment terms, and liability between the parties.
Individual staff users of the CDC Platform must use the software only for authorized work within their organization, in accordance with the terms agreed between their organization and TalentLync Innovations. Unauthorized access, data export, or misuse of the platform is prohibited.
For questions about CDC Platform terms, contact your platform administrator or reach us at contact@talentlync.com.
