Delete your PanMed account
This page explains how to permanently delete your PanMed account. PanMed is developed by TalentlyNC.
Delete your account in the PanMed app
You can permanently delete your account directly in PanMed:
Settings → Delete Account
For security, PanMed requires phone OTP reauthentication before it permanently deletes an account.
Request deletion without access to the app
If you can no longer access PanMed, you can request account deletion by emailing us at:
contact@talentlync.comPlease include the phone number associated with your PanMed account. We may need to verify account ownership before processing your request.
Data deleted
Permanent PanMed account deletion removes data associated with the user, where applicable, including:
- PanMed profile
- Groceries
- Medicines
- Shopping list
- Consumed history
- Discarded history
- Custom grocery categories
- Custom medicine categories
- Notification data
- Subscription record stored by PanMed
- Saved grocery and medicine item photos
- Profile photos
- Firebase Authentication account
After deletion, the same phone number may sign in again later and create a fresh PanMed account.
Important information
Account deletion is permanent and cannot normally be undone.
Data that must legally be retained, if applicable, may only be retained for the legally required period.
