Security & Data Protection

Last updated: 31 May 2026

TalentLync is an application development company offering customized software solutions for child development, autism, speech therapy, special education, and therapy center operations. We understand that centers may handle sensitive operational, staff, parent, and child-related information, so security and responsible data handling are important parts of our implementation approach.

Please do not submit children’s medical records, diagnosis reports, therapy notes, or sensitive child data through our public website demo form.

1. Our Security Approach

We design TalentLync solutions with practical security controls based on the center’s workflow, user roles, and operational needs. Security configuration may vary depending on the final platform, hosting environment, integrations, and customer requirements.

2. Data Minimization

We encourage centers to collect and store only the information needed for their operations. During discovery and implementation, we help define what data is required for assessments, therapy sessions, attendance, billing, parent communication, and reporting.

3. Access Control

TalentLync solutions may include role-based access controls such as:

4. Secure Website and Forms

Our public website uses HTTPS. Demo form submissions are intended only for business enquiries and software discovery conversations. The public form should not be used to send confidential child records or clinical documents.

5. Hosting and Infrastructure

Hosting and infrastructure may depend on the customer’s selected implementation model. Where applicable, we use trusted cloud, hosting, form handling, analytics, and application services to support website and software operations.

6. Encryption

We use HTTPS for website traffic. For customer applications, encryption and data protection controls may be configured depending on the platform, database, storage provider, and project requirements.

7. Staff and User Responsibilities

Security is a shared responsibility. Centers using TalentLync should ensure that users follow good security practices, including:

8. Customer Data in Implemented Systems

Data entered into a customer’s implemented TalentLync solution belongs to the customer or the customer’s organization, subject to the agreed proposal, contract, hosting setup, and service arrangement. Specific data ownership, retention, export, backup, and deletion terms should be documented in the customer agreement.

9. Third-Party Services

TalentLync may use trusted third-party services for hosting, analytics, form handling, email, storage, automation, communication, or integrations. These providers may process information only as needed to deliver their services.

10. Backups and Continuity

Backup and continuity arrangements depend on the final application architecture and hosting model. During implementation, we can discuss backup requirements, export options, and operational recovery expectations with each center.

11. Incident Response

If we become aware of a security issue affecting a customer implementation or website enquiry information, we will review the issue and take reasonable steps to respond, reduce risk, and communicate with affected parties where appropriate.

12. Compliance Notes

Different countries and regions may have different privacy, healthcare, education, and child data protection requirements. Customers are responsible for understanding their own legal and regulatory obligations. TalentLync can support implementation discussions, but this page is not legal, clinical, or compliance advice.
